About Our Troop:

  • Troop 210 is one of the oldest troops in the Upstate of South Carolina.
  • Troop 210 is a boy led troop. Basically what this means is that while adults are present, the scouts run the troop.
  • Founded in 1967 the troop has since accumulated 132 ribbons, the first of which was a honor troop award in 1978.
  • The honor troop award continued to be bestowed upon the troop through 1981 and then again 1983-1985.
  • An Interesting fact: troop 210 was awarded two quality troop awards in the same year.
  • Troop 210 has produced 96 eagle scouts since the troop's start (Eagle scout being the highest rank a boy scout can achieve).
